Yes. Playing in connected franchises, joining a friend's league, starting your own private league, solo leagues against CPU teams and the full Stats Hub are all free. Paid plans let you connect your own Madden franchise.

How do I connect my Madden franchise? Do I need the Companion App?

Pick Silver or Gold, then connect your EA account once from the Franchise tab. It checks EA every hour and imports games as they're completed in Madden. The Companion App is only a backup.

What's the difference between Silver and Gold?

Both connect one Madden franchise. Silver powers one private fantasy league you invite people to. Gold powers unlimited public and private leagues anyone can join or start, and lists your franchise for fans to find.

Can you trade with CPU teams in fantasy football?

Yes. CPUs draft, set lineups, claim waivers and trade like real owners. Send one an offer, or DM them to negotiate. They'll counter, and they send offers of their own.

Can I play with just my friends?

Yes. Create a private league for free and invite your friends with a link or code. CPU teams can fill any empty spots.

Why aren't scores updating? What does "EA's servers are overloaded" mean?

Scores update when games are imported from EA. Sometimes EA's servers get overloaded. That's on EA's side, not ours, and it can take a few hours to clear up. Auto Import keeps trying on its own, and scores update for every league as soon as it gets through. Importing by hand usually won't work until then either.

What scoring does it use? Is it PPR?

Yes, full PPR: +1 per catch, 0.1 per rushing or receiving yard, 6 per rushing or receiving TD, 0.04 per passing yard, 4 per passing TD, -2 per interception.

No. Only online Madden franchises can connect.

Can I see my CFM league's stats and rosters?

Yes. A connected franchise gets its own Stats Hub: team pages, rosters, player stats, game logs, standings, schedules with game recaps, ratings and contracts.

What do PPR, FLEX, waivers and bye week mean?

PPR (point per reception): players get 1 point for every catch. FLEX: a starting spot you can fill with a RB, WR or TE. Waivers: players nobody has on their roster; put in a claim to add one. Bye week: a week a team doesn't play, so its players score 0.

How do playoffs work?

Each league runs a 3-week playoff in Weeks 15–17. Top seeds get first-round byes, and the final week decides the champion.

What happens when the season ends?

Your league saves its final standings, champion and history. The next season starts fresh with new drafts, and you keep your account and your record.

How do I cancel a plan? Can I get a refund?
